Mijn kind spreekt geen Nederlands en is tussen de 4 en 5,5 jaar oud. Hoe kan ik hem/haar aanmelden?
Neem met (een van) de scholen in Amstelveen of Ouderkerk zelf contact op en vraag naar de mogelijkheden voor kennismaking en een plek. U bent aangewezen op de scholen die nog plek hebben. Uw kind hoeft niet (eerst) naar de Taalschool maar kan op de basisschool zelf starten.

When can my child start primary school?
When children are four years old they are eligible to start primary school. In consultation with the school ‘adjustment days’ (wendagen) as well as the date for the first day of school is arranged. The school will arrange the formal enrolment as soon as your child starts to attend primary school.

When am I guaranteed a placement?
Only when you have confirmed to the school that you accept the reserved place will you be guaranteed a place. This confirmation is the pre-enrolment whereby you fill in all the usual forms at school. The formal enrolment will follow as soon as your child starts primary school.
